Lo Sparviere is the group's historic winery; in 2024, it celebrated its fiftieth anniversary under the guidance of Monique Poncelet Gussalli Beretta, who inherited her passion for the land and the vineyard from her father-in-law, Attorney Franco Gussalli. The Sparviere is located in an ancient 16th-century country residence and owes its name to the sparrowhawk depicted on the large fireplace in the main hall of the residence.
